My Story

Born and raised in McAllen, TX and I am a graduate from University of Texas Pan American (currently known as UTRGV). In 2007, I received my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics. I started my career in long term health care focusing on clinical nutrition while trying to establish a part time nutrition consulting business. With the help of a mentor/partner, we established Synergy Nutrition. We focused mostly on children and established 2 offices in the Rio Grande Valley. I wanted more! I wanted to reach all ages, especially athletes! I wanted to bring updated science, nutrition, and supplementation into the mix of my nutrition programs. Synergy Nutrition dissolved due to changes in my personal life (growing family). I wasn't done yet! Through hard work and dedication, I founded F.I.N.E. Nutrition in 2009, which stands for FOOD INTERVENTION NUTRITION EXPERT. I am blessed to say that every year we grow! I have worked with over 10,000 local clients! Among them, they have been doctors, professional athletes, newborns, the elderly, and even the Viper Cheerleaders! We work with about 40 physicians that refer us their patients. My commitment to my clients has paved the way for a self referral system! I am honest. My business runs on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Our primary focus is to HELP our clients and to make sure they get the best service possible. It's about you, your family, and your lifestyle.
