I believe in lifestyle changes, not just a quick fix. Although, I do admit that sometimes placing that extra hard work day in day out will give you faster results. So before the new year starts, why not get ahead and jump start that fat loss, muscle building, improved cardiovascular, and well sense of good being! I will be on this 25 day, hardcore journey. I will be posting my day to day thoughts and weekly results. So what’s so different about this? I’ve done challenges before with my clients strictly through nutrition. They were left on their own to complete their own work outs. This time, the workouts will be included with the meal plan! No, it will not be a printed, do it at home workout! Yep, pretty much, you are getting one of these services for free! So what type of training does Millennium HIIT offer? It is a cross training style workout that is focused on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. At the end of every workout is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session. There are 2 fitness coaches over viewing the workouts, correcting your form, and adjusting the exercises based on your fitness level. Millennium HIIT is not a warehouse style gym. It is a more private style setting, with smaller classes so the coaches can improve their client’s workouts. Are there workouts tough? Yes! Although, if you can’t do a certain exercise, they will adjust it for your fitness level. When I started with them, I couldn’t do a single pull up. I couldn’t squat over 75 lbs! I couldn’t do more than 10 push-ups. I definitely couldn’t dead lift more than 60 lbs due to my sciatic injury. 3 months later, my sciatic pain is nearly gone! I will give you a more detailed progress report on another post. Overall, they strongly believe in good health, fitness, recovery, and mobility.
